Menu bar on my form

I need to create a menu bar like which we have normally in MS-office.

for example, we have file,edit,view and so on in MS-ACCESS menu bar.
I need such sort of bar on my form.when i open my form i should be able to see such sort of menu.could some body help me how to create this.

You can create your own Menu Bars and add them to the form by using 'Menu Bar' in the forms properties. Have a look at the help file for more information on how to create your own Menu Bars.
