is it possible for a message to appear on screen after a period of time. for example i ant a message to appear every two weeks displaying the same message.

Firstly, it would be better achieved in code.

Secondly, how long do you want this message to be visible for? On a Timer? Until the user clicks a 'close' button? Or just a message box where they click OK?
