Method for selective printing?

I have a report that I have printing 5 line per page.

Now, I have a requirement to have the report not only print 5 lines per page, but when a contract number has more then 5 lines, then I need to have THAT contract number print all of its lines.

Example: Many of the lines contain one or two lines with the same contract number. This is no problem. However, there are also many contacts that have more than 5 lines...some more than 50 lines. It's on these contracts that I need to fill the entire page before breaking for the next page on a new contract number.

Can this be accomplished ??

Why not just GroupBy contract number?

Hi Rich,

Wish it were that easy. Management wants to print 5 records per page. I've managed to do this.

However, now they not only want 5 records per page, but if there are more than 5 records with the SAME contract number, they want those to print as a group; then page-break for the next 5 contract numbers....UNLESS there are more than 5 records with the same contract number.

I can do one or the other...but they want BOTH !!

Can this even be accomplished ??
