A consensus of the moderators has come to the conclusion that this is an unusual request that does not constitute spam, for this reason we will allow this particular notification.

We don't think any discussion about it in the thread would be of any benefit to the forum or yourself and strongly suggest that your post should only give an outline of the business, along with directions as to how interested parties should contact you, for example via PM or email...

We would like to see it placed in a non-technical section like the:-

Small Business Section

Water Cooler

The moderators don't think it's necessary to consult the site owner on this unusual request however the owner(s) might have a different opinion, and obviously has the last word!
