Microsoft ADO Data Control 6.0 (OLEDB)

I need to use the Microsoft ADO Data Control 6.0 (OLEDB) in MsAccess. I downloaded theMSADODC.OCX and I registered it using the following command [regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSADODC.OCX]. The registration succeeded but when I try to add this ActiveX control on a form in MSAccess, I get the message that I don't have the license required to use this ActiveX control and that I should obtain the appropriate licence from the company that provides the licenced OLE object or ActiveX control. Any ideas on how to overcome this problem?
