Migration from SQL Express 2005

I am hitting some limitations on SQL 2005 Express and need to migrate. This is essentially a data warehouse application and there is only one user - me. I export the data from a SQL 2005 database (multiple users) to my laptop using the Express version. I have divided Table 1 on the SQL 2005 databse into 6 tables on the laptop. The other tables are manageable on the Express version. It is getting harder and harder to manage the Express version and with will have to sub-divide Table 1 even further soon.

What is the next step - cost???

After reading your post several time, I never could figure out exactly what the the problem/issue.

What limitations are you having an issue with?

Why is it getting harder to manage?

You never explained why you are dividing "Table 1" into multiple tables. Are the tables in multiple database?

Please explain in detail the issue.
