Solved Missing data on report

Hi all,
I need a little more help on my DB again please?

I have added a whole raft of crew names and Ranks for Leave.
However some do not show up. Seaman I and Steward are at least two of these.

They are in the source query, but do not appear in the report.
They are also in qryCrewStandby which Allen Browne's ConcatRelated uses in Module1.

I have spent a few hours trying to find out why, but with no success.

Could someone put me out of my misery please?

I have just attached enough to see the problem.

Report is Standby leave which uses qryLeave as it's source.

You're grouping on leave sequence rather than leave, and those have the same sequence number as other leaves.

Wow that was quick.
Thank you Paul. I have to sort out the sequence, so I just put some numbers in as they were all 0 initially which is for Captain/Master Rank.

Should have asked sooner.
