Missing reference

Can anyone please tell me how to repair a missing reference after moving access db to a new computer. I have searched this site but not found an answer.

My hunch is that “comctl32.ocx” is causing me lots of problems with date(), format () etc.

If I can get a copy of “comctl32.ocx” from my old pc and copy it to the new pc will it solve this missing reference problem?

Any help really appreciated.

Just copying the file over won't do it. You can get your code in Design View
and use Tools --> References. Compare the functional machine against the
bad one to see what is missing. Pay attention to the priorities too.

You can use the Search Facility here and look for references. There have
been many threads regarding them.
