I am trying to enable our outreach workers (children's sector) to carry an information database on the lightest possible computer/PDA. What is the cheapest/easisest solution? They do not have to edit just search and demonstrate...

I know there is limited possibilities....

Lightest/Cheapest: PDA running db and interface (Example: SQL Server CE with VB.NET Interface (Access is no longer available on Windows CE) or... if your familiar with Access try Pendragon Forms 4.0 (interfaces well with Access and easy to use/set up)

Another Possiblity: Tablet PC - Benefits: Can use Access to do development and is a full OS. Negatives: Cost/Weight
