Yes cheekybuddha it is the same one. I apologize, I have had some issues with error messages on the forum. I now assume this is because I have not used the toolbar.

It's been some 12 years since I used Access to write software and its taking me a while to re-aquaint with vba. The Access world forum appears a useful tool, I am looking forward to learning some new tips and contributing when possible.
