Monthly Costings

I am Trying To calculate Costs for a particular month how do i do this when taking into account that the months obviously hae different lenghts? I have the overall week cost but how do i do it for the month?

You can do it a couple of way:
1) Use Quarters
WeekCost * 13 / 3
2) Use Years
WeekCost * 52 /12
3) actuals
WeekCost / 7 Now you have the "actual" costs for 1 day in that week.
Now you can apply the cost to be in the month they should be.

Nick, I looked at your post history and noticed that it is not the first time you have posted the same question to multiple forums. I have since deleted all the duplicates.

The reason why "double posting" the same question is not encouraged is that the question could be answered on one thread and then somebody could be wasting their time trying to come up with a solution on the other thread. And when they are giving their time up for free to answer your questions they are never happy to find out that they have wasted time answering something that has already been resolved.
