Mouse Wheel Issue

Hi.... Quick question. Is there a way to disable the Mouse Wheel feature when using an MS Access Database? It is frustrating when you are entering data on a specific record... accidentially move the mouse wheel... suddenly you are entering data in a completely different record.

I have searched the Microsoft Website and come up with nothing.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
