Mouse Wheel Woes

i really hope someone answers this time,

All i want to know is how to pass a numerical value of whether the mousewheel is moved up or down to a variable that i can put through an If/Then statement... i dont care what the value is, just that its different if you wheel up v.s. down.

Never used it but Access 2003 has a Mouse Up and a Mouse Down event for the form and also for each text box.

but thats not quite what i want.. i dont care if the mouse moves up or down... what i need to know is if the mouse WHEEL is scrolled up or down.
