Move Split Database

A few months ago, I splitted a database into front end and back end. I put the 2 databases on the server and they only see a shortcut on their desktop. Now the client wants to bring a copy of the database home. Is that possible ? I tried to put the 2 ends on another server and it didn't work (it gave me an error mesage saying it didn't find the back end...). What can I do ?

Look into the LINKED TABLE MANAGER and one you relocate the BE you can retarget it throught this utility. It can be found under TOOLS - DATABASE UTILITIES
