Moving Access database to another computer

Hello
I created Access database with forms in work computer and then I sent the database (.accdb) to my self by email to continue in my own computer at home so I downloaded the file from my email and open it successfully but with missing forms and the data I inserted in database>
I am 100% sure I was saving every single change I make and I have only one copy
I use 2010 MS at work and 2016 at home
Can anyone help me please solving this problem

Well, the first thing is you do NOT want to work on it in 2016 when you have 2010 at work. You may NOT be able to open it in 2010 after doing so.

As for the missing Forms and data I'm going to suggest you first confirm you did eMail yourself the correct copy because we ALL have done... sent the wrong file to ourselves OR sent the one we finished at 1pm instead of the one we just saved at 3pm.
