i created a form using the wizard in ms access. i pulled about 25 fields from 10 tables onto the form.

in design view, everything looks just fine, but when i go to form view i can't see any of the fields (labels and textboxes) on the screen. the funny thing is that when i go to the 'filter by form' option, my form actually shows up.

so, is there anyone that can help me out? can somebody tell me how to get my form to show up?

I'm not exactly sure why the fields are not showing. I had a problem using the wizard on one form that I created once, so what I did was delete it. I recreated the form using the record sorce property option. Select the tables that you wish to use, full the fields onto the form, and it will automatically bind the field to that table. Or you could build the contents using a select query. I have never had an issue by setting the record source property though. Hope this helps, if not, I gave it a shot! Good luck with it though.

More than likely to recordset returned from your query contains no records ... this will cause what you describe.
Check the query that the form is bound to to see if there are any records being returned.
