Have a database that produces documents for public distribution, and the use of memo fields are extensively used. Most of the time we can get buy using the standard rich text that is provided with MS Access, but I'm trying to find a solution to include a table that is produced in MS Word and that we can copy and paste. Hopefully the solution will also fix where you may have a bulleted list (i.e. (a), (b), (c), (d)) and when you paste it into MS Access, it fails to recognize the original formatting and behaves oddly. Any suggestions?

I am not getting what you are trying to accomplish. Perhaps you should upload your data base with some sample data and also using the sample data explain what you are looking for as expected results.
I'm using a field type of "memo" with a rich text setting. I know there's limitations to the rich text implemented in MS Access. Users copy text from MS Word and want to retain the same format and layout. They would like to manipulate the text in MS Access as well.
In the attachment entitled "Desired Text Layout" is the word version and what I need to capture in the database for display on the form (and editing) and subsequently presented in reports.
If you do a simple copy and paste from word (particularly in example 1 where bullets are utilized), the format of the bullets are not retained, and not sure why. Obviously graphics and table formats are not supported by MS Access.
Is there any solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried add-on this morning, but it doesn't satisfy the problem with tables and/or graphics.

I tried to recreate your issue. I added a field to a table and then made my form a datasheet display. I set the properties in the table to Memo and set the text format as rich text. No other changes to the properties. I then took a Word file that had bullets and formatting in it. I cut and pasted the word file into the field in the form. As you can see, it pasted correctly.
I'm stumped at this point. Hopefully, someone else will have had this issue and knows how to resolve it.

Thanks for your help. I'm pretty sure the problem is associated with the type of bullets we're using (i.e. (a), (b),...). I'm still looking for a solution, even a 3rd party solution that would work, but to no avail. Essentially I'm looking for an editor that behaves like MS Word.
