How do I zip it? Also it has a SQL Server backend.

Import the items needed to a new database including the relevant SQL tables.
Then right click the linked SQL tables and click convert to local table
Compact your DB & close it.
In Explorer, right click and select Send To ...Compressed (zipped) folder
Check file size is less than 2MB. Assuming it is, upload
If not, remove most of the data, compact & repeat
