It is stated that I'm developing a program in MS Access 2016 and I want to include a feature about "Send SMS" via "GSM Modem" to respective customer or patient. Please help me....

You can either accomplish this by sending MMS ... actual email messages sent to 'gateways' as others alluded to, or purchase a service for SMS sending, which contains support for VBA, like this one
