Question MS Asset Tracking template

Hi
Total newbe to Access, just downloaded the Asset Tracking template from Microsoft. Template does majority of what I need. My query is when you use the form to enter an asset when you enter the Owner firls it automatically presents a form for entering the contact details - HOW?
I need an addition contact type table in my DB and would like same feature, I've looked through both form and table but can't seem to locate where this is triggered.

Not knowing what version you are using or how experienced you are I will have a stab at it

Are you aware of events

You can for instance trigger procedure based on the enter event.

When you enter you could order a form to appear...
