MS FlexGrid Control Error

For some obscure reason I need to add an Ms Flexgrid control to a form as an AcitveX control however Access is bumping me saying that Access does not support this type of control

Have been in to Tools and references and registered the ocx MSFLXGRD.OCX but it is still not playing. Any ideas?

Using 2003 sp3
