MSAccess has generated errors

Hi All,

I have a form and I'm trying to add an "Add New Record" button using the wizard. I go through the process and when I click "Finish" it comes up with the
"MSAccess has generated errors and will shut down, an error log is being created"

then it shuts down.

I've tried logging off the PC and restarting it and I've sworn at it, I've made a coffee, I've offered it a sweet and still it does it. . . . . . and its friday the 13th and I'm pi&&ed off with it.

Any clues please?

ps - I've done a search but can't find anything in the same area using the wizard.

That happened to me before, but worse my forms wouldn't open and my toolbar disappeared. What I did was reinstalled Microsoft Access.

I just used the wizard like normal
