MSysDb Jet Error

My database has returned the dreadedMSysDb error, and a coworker made a back up of the corrupted file before the error reared it's evil head.

So my backup is corrupt, my original is corrupt, I'm on a stand-alone system and can't load MS' jetcompact database utility and I've lost 24000 records

Can anybody help?
