Multi line field export

Hi,

I have been looking around for this for a while, but cannot seem to find an answer.

I wanted to know if I have a field in access which has contents with multiple lines of test, i.e.:
"Line 1
Line 2
Line 3"
When I export this, it exports on one line: "Line 1 Line 2 Line 3"

If there a way I can keep the formatting when I export a field?

p.s. I am currently exporting this into an e-mail using a script I found online.
