Ok guys here is what I need to do..... I have 3 queries with different segments of a repair order. all linked by a repair order number. each query may have anywhere from 0-10 entries attached to the repair order. I need a report to give to the customer that shows the totals for a specific time period for each truck. I do not want to see the detail at all only the totals. Right now it shows all of the detail and every time a new line item shows from the 2nd or 3rd query the data in the first query repeats and adds itself into the sum. In other words I want to sum all of the data without showing any detail but my sum is returning the data 10 fold or more.
Any ideas???
