Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Background: I'm working with Customers (Parent form), each of which can have several orders (1st subform), each of those can have numerous parts (2nd subform shows all of the parts for the WorkOrder). I then had a 3rd subform with list of all parts available from my various suppliers. This form has a number of search strings for the list box on same using the "like" criteria to drill down to the records I want. I can successfully select a part from a list box on this form and transfer it to the Parent form using commands like
Me.Parent!Unit = List15.Column(2)
Me.Parent!TradeEx = List15.Column(3)
Me.Parent!RRPEx = List15.Column(4)

As some of the orders have 30-40 parts I soon found that I ran out of real estate as I moved down the screen.

Question 1: Is there a simple way of making the recordset in the parent form scroll up as records are added to stop me moving the slider bars on the right hand side?

Question 2: As I was having problems doing this I elected to make the lowest level form a popup form. I can readily populate fields on this form from it's list box using the ON CLICK event. However I don't seem to have the syntax right if I want to populate the parent form. Is there an area/article someone can point me to find out what the correct syntax is for doing same?

Thanks ever so much in advance as this is really bugging me and has had me scratching my head for 2-3 days.

Pat,

Many thanks for your prompt reply and taking the time to look at my issues and suggest some solutions.
I am hay carting today so will have a look at implementing your recommendations tonight.

Cheers,

Dylan
