Multiple Card on One Report

Hi everybody,
I created a Tracking Database in Ms Access, and then My supervisor asked me to make the report too, means as the following format of attachment, how it is possible to be done in Ms Access?

Open report in design view, click on "File", "Page Setap".
In "Page Setap" form click o COLUMNS, and adapt the
parameters, "Number of Columns", "Column Size",
"Column Layout" and s.o.
