The form is directory with a couple hundred names, each one linking to the employee information form. Is it possible to do this? Thanks! Jeff

They are all in one long column, like this: Employee 1 Employee 2 ... Employee 200 However, I would like it to look this: Employee1 Employee 101 Employee2 Employee 102 ... ... Employee100 Employee 200
