Multiple Criteria from Form

I have a table that contains all the sales information for various categories.

I want to be able show sales data for each particular category on a single form. I know I could do this by having several different queries - one for each category but is it possible to supply multiple criteria to a single query from one form?

Just build (concantenate) a criteria for a SQL string based upon you form's contact and/or lack there of store the criteria with the SQL in your record source and requery. Search this site, I've answered this specific question before.
