Multiple Form Tabs Multiple Tables

In my db I have a form with 5 tabs. What I am trying to achieve is to have each tab relate to separate tables. The main table is the one relationship and all "tab tables" the many side of the relationship, linked with the field "appID".

How can I achieve this in the record source of the main form?

I tried this but, by doing this it shows the record count at the bottom and window border. Is there any way of "cleaning" that up?

Navigation Buttons property.

There are a bunch of other properties for forms and subformcontrols that can be removed to make the subform look like it is on the main form.
