Multiple items, grouping

Is it possible with a multiple items form, to group certain items together, where a certain field matches?

For example:

ID | Serial | Item
1 | 2124 | 3
2 | 4123 | 3
3 | 4123 | 4
4 | 4123 | 3
5 | 2124 | 5
6 | 1024 | 6

Groups the 'Serials' together

ID | Serial | Item
1 | 2124 | 3
5 | 2124 | 5
2 | 4123 | 3
3 | 4123 | 4
4 | 4123 | 3
6 | 1024 | 6



Is that possible? Or something to group matching data in a list format.

You can try sorting your recordsource on the field "Serial"
in your example. You have to choose either ascending
or descending order. This will have the apperance of grouping
certain fields that match.

Not sure if that is what you want, but hope it helps.

Depending on what you exactly need:
- Sort (by edtab)
- Use a group by query
- Use a subform
