One other thing about the same set of combo boxes and command that I haven't been able to figure out but feel silly for having to ask. I have the combo boxes showing the ID's (number) so that the command will work. But I can't figure out how (except for the wizard) to set the combo boxes to show a related text field (IDName) but use the number field for the command.

Do a combo with the wizard and take a look at the follwing properties to see how it works. It is pretty straightforward if you think about it.

RowSource, BoundColumn, ColumnCount, ColumnWidths

The RowSource returns however many columns but only up to the ColumnCount is included in the recordset. The ID is the BoundColumn but its ColumnWidth is set to zero to hide it.
