I used the label wizard to create a report to print labels. This report is based on a query. When I run the query by itself there are 16 rows selected. When I print the labels only 10 print out, Which is the number of labels on 1 page. Even when I run the report in print preview I can't see the last 6 records. How can I get the labels to go to a second page??

TIA

Apologies if this sounds patronising, but you have told it to print ALL pages and not just the first? In Print Preview you have to click the next page on the Navigation buttons to see a second page.

Try running the report from a macro with Print selected rather than Preview.

Again, apologies if Im teaching my granny to suck eggs!!

Ah, if only it were that simple. It's very strange, there are 10 labels per column and there are 2 columns on each page. We have to print 2 different labels for each policy, so I set it up so that the labels for each policy are next to each other. Basically we have 1 row per policy. When I have 25 policies the first 10 print on page 1 and the last 5 print on page 2. The middle 10 are no where that I can see. Do you have any other suggestions??

TIA

In some cases it's easier to use Word's Mail Merge feature...you can choose a data source (like Access) and then have much more control over your labels and how they print.

Just an idea...

I thought about using word also but I was trying to keep it simple. Thanks for the help.
