I have a report which provides data on sheet 1 and then needs to be followed by 3 pages of notes/instructions. Currently I can only fit the fron page plus 1 page of notes as access seems to restrict the "depth" of a report. I have generated a second report which contains the last 2 notes pages.

1) Is there anyway of increasing the size (depth) so that I can include all 4 pages in the one report. If so how?

or

2) Can I link the 2 reports so that when printed (and there are multiple prints required) that the output prints in the correct sequence i.e. Record 1 plus page 1 notes, page 2 notes and page 3 notes then record 2 etc...

Are your notes pages just text in labels/text boxes? If so, use text boxes (not labels), in the ControlSource type an equals sign, quote marks, then your text, then another set of quote marks. If any quote marks appear in your text, either change them to single quotes or for each set enter another set of quotes next to it to make them show correctly. Then make your boxes the required width but a height of only 1-2 cm. On the box properties, set Can Grow to Yes.

This will allow your boxes to increase their height to fit in all your text. To make sure the pages work out correctly, you can also include Page Break controls. To do this, find the button on the Toolbox that looks like two pages with an arrow pointing between them, click this, then click on your report between your text boxes. You'll get a short dotted line, which you cna move around. This line will not show, instead you will get a page break.
