Multiple records - how to combine in one?

Hi!

Sorry if I put this in wrong section (my first post BTW) so welcome everybody!

My problem:
My Queries returns:

JOBNO-------------------CODE----------------------FAULT
1205512001------------P4U-------------------------Audio - Mic
1205512001------------P4U-------------------------Does Not Charge
7407512777------------P3U-------------------------Camera – Faulty

So every time I found multiple FAULTS I getting more than one record with the same JOBNO
How can I move FAULT to look like this:

JOBNO-------------------------CODE--------------------FAULT---------------------FAULT2
1205512001------------------P4U----------------------Audio – Mic---------------Does Not Charge
7407512777------------------P3U----------------------Camera – Faulty
