multiple records on one row

Hi,
wondered if you may be able to help. I'm looking to run a report on a table that i currently have set up. When i run any kind of report, each line on the report is dedicated to one record. What i'd like to do is have numerous records on one line. for example

currenlty, the report comes out as
rep id Header 1 Header 2 Header 3
1234 abc
1234 zzz
1234 xyz
4321 cba
4321 yyy
4321 xxx

(I know i can group the rep id's, but this is just to show the example )

what i'd like if possible is for the report to come out as

rep id Header 1 Header 2 Header 3
1234 abc zzz xyz
4321 cba yyy xxx
is this an easy thing to set up?

it doesn't show very well on the message, but each abc bca etc.. in the first example is under the different headings(fields)
