multiple records per line

basically what I am wanting is as follows:

I have questions listed down the left hand side of the page and I want to print everyone's answers to the questions. the questions are the same for all records, just the answers are differrent.

ex:

QUESTION ANSWER
question one: 1,1,1
question two: 1,0,1
question three: 0,1,1

Is there a way to do this? I'm trying to save paper so instead of having to print out 3 seperate question and answer sheets, i can just print one and have the answers on one sheet. hopefuly that made sence

Try using a Crosstab query then concatenate the answers for each question into a single field.

It should work so long as you don't have too many respondents.
