Multiple recors select in continuous forms

When you are in the TABLES design view, you can select multiple discontinued rows. However in a continuous form (or datasheet) this is not possible as you can only select continuous records. I need an add-in or tool who gives me this possibility (the same one as a listbox with multiselect extended).

Can anybody help me with this. I have search on the net and found a few things but nothing realy useable....
