Multiple Reminders

I have been working on a database over the course of a year for work. I change it every now and again to add extra information to collate all our work in one central place.

This includes reminders for first aid training, fire marshall training security passes etc. Originally I was onyl tracking one reminder using a query and linked to a pop up box by using Between Date()-7. However now I want to track multiple renewal dates which cross numerous tables and some tables have numerous renewal dates.

Alongside this I would like it all to be linked to one form, Is this possible?

Any extra infromation or clarification you need please let me know!

Apologises have been very busy. Basically I want to run a query which filters data accross multiple tables. Each field being searched is a date, and I would like the data to be filtered within a certain date range say one week either side of the date in the field.

I have achieved this when searching one field however if I use multiple nothing is shown unless all dates are within range at the same time.
