I have a form with a command button to preview a report file depending on selected dates, and it works fine. However, as is usually the case, now a change needs to be made. The user wants to stop on each page of the report and select if the report is to be emailed. Each report will only be one page so if I could somehow show each page of the report individually and allow the user to select to email or not, is what I think I need. Also, I would want the individual report to write as a pdf using an account number in the file title. Is this possible, and if so could someone point me in the right direction as to how?

Right now, the report may consist of 9 accounts, but I want to be able to write each one as a separate report and possibly email the report.

Thanks in advance,

There are quite a few elements to your question. I think this blog here:-

Generate Multiple PDF Invoices in MS Access

will help you answer some of them. Particularly how to create a particular name for a report, and how to save the report in PDF format. However as for selecting a report to email it, then you will need input from someone else or from another resource...
