Please how can i create a multiple search form with access that will open s form not a query. The solution here opens only queries

I am Chris and for 1 week i have been trying to create a report from a crosstab query that the columns are updated in my database. i have tried all means but was unable to do this. Am not good at VBA as i observed thats my only saviour. Please can someone help me.
The attachment contains the database with the following objects to be considered:
1. result_filter_crosstab (which is the crosstab query)
2. result_filter_report (which is the report i want to produce the query results)
3. the courses are the columns while reg. nos. are rows. the courses can be updated anytime

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. .
