Multiple Send To's in Lotus Notes

I have several databases that I send email via Lotus Notes. I use a loop and send reports to one person at a time. Problem is, if I have the same reports going to multiple people, I have to send multiple emails. I have been trying to add multiple people onto the send to line during my loop but cannot get it to work.

Any ideas?
