Dear All,

I have a form that has 2 subforms
The master-child fields are set

In Simple Form view I can see both subforms
but in Datasheet view I can only see the first one (I mean if I expand the records only the records of the first subform appear and those of the second one are not there)

Can you please tell me how I can 'tell' Access to use either the first or the second form in Datasheet view?

ps. the Relations are also set

Many thanks in advance!

Could you please be more specific?
Thank you

i suspect you cant. I think a datasheet is less "intelligent" than other form types. eg you dont get headers and footers with a data sheet, either.

OK, can I use then two continuous forms instead of datasheet view?
(for me it does not work either :(
Thank you!

you can't nest multiple continuous forms. However you can bind them together with a bet of work.

ie it wont happen automatically - but when you change the item in subform1, you have to actively execute parent!subform2.requery, and therefore there has to be something IN subform2's query that filters the items displayed.
