multiple tables to track daily event?

I am planning to designing a database to record daily events. The main table will have the Date and a combobox of what i want to enter ( options are employee, equipment,complains). The idea is i select one option from the combobox (example i select employee) it will load that sub form and i enter the information,the main table will save "employee" under [first event] field. At the end i would like a pop up form to ask , if i would like to enter any other events (employee,equipment,complains), If the user choose to enter another event,if would file it on the main table as [second event],and just like the first it will open that form for user to enter information. And the same goes for a [third event]


How would i approach in designing this. Each option will have its own table,and am using Main table as the master.
