Multiple Values in a Form

I am currently in the process of creating an Access db in order to store business records. I was wondering if it was possible to store more than one value in a form, so that in essence I could make an order form. Any help would be appreciated.

The answer is yes but I thing you will benefit if you look at the sample databases that Access provides including NorthWinds.mdb

I've got one more question concering that, I've looked at the sample databases and they were a tremendous help; however, I am still having difficulty getting the form to display just the order number that I click on. How can I do that? Thanks for any advice
