Hello Everyone

How are we all today? Well it is Friday and one more question for you all before you wind down for the weekend.

I have a multiselect Listbox that allows any of the records to be sent to a report or emailed which is fine however it annoys me that if I need to select all of the records in the db I have to go through each one selecting them can I add ALL to the list that will just select all of them for me?

Thanks
Hay

Adding "All" to the combo box is no small feat.

Why not add a button or something that will select all records for you?

In the Click event of the button:

Dim i As Integer

For i = 0 To ListBoxName.ListCount - 1
ListBoxName.Selected(i) = True
Next

If you're still interested in adding "ALL", email me.

Good luck!

Thank you

Thank you once again Rich. That article looks pretty good. Of course I am not going to try to implement this on a Friday night when I could be heading out..that would be a bit sad of me. I'll look at this come Monday and I'm off for a drink.

Cheers

Hay
