This database is located in shared drive of our network with 15 people accessing it:
The table has five columns:
Name,
Phone,
Amount due,
Called1,
Caller1,
Called2,
Caller2
Called3,
Caller3
Now, Name, phone, and Amount due are already filled.
Out of 15 people having access to this, whosoever opens it should get one record and call client, select "Yes" or "not available" from dropdown and fill Caller name(His/her own name).Sometime it is all 15 people updating the database.In that case, everybody should get different record wherever Called column is not Yes.on filling up one record, the person should next record where it is not "yes" either in called1 or called2 or called3.And also, if it is "not available" in all three called column, it is not to be pulled up again.
How this can be accomplished?I hope I am clear in my question.
