I used to watch ( and record) all these TV programs relevant to Jazz and improvised music , we use to have in the past.
Some of them :
The Netherlands - Ned 2 or Ned 3 - North Sea Jazz and lot's of other stuff
Germany - WDR - Live broadcastings of Jazz festivals in Moers, etc.
BBC - There was a program, forgot the name, which featured Pat Metheny, Dave Holland, Weather Report and others.
However, much to my grief, a lot of these TV programs are not continued
nowadays, mainly because of lack of funds , I assume.
In my second home in France, I recently installed satelite TV with decoder, giving me some 200+ free channels, but no music at all.
Is there someone out there who could recommend any music TV channel
worthwhile to watch/listen and/or record in Europe.
