This is a common thing with new developers.

That is why I suggested Normalization and Naming Conventions.

Hint. Once you setup your relationships print it out on A3 or A2 if it is big. Pin it to the wall and use it as your Map.

Date is a Reserved Word.

Ust tbl in front of your Table Names.

Use CamelHump rather than Underscores.

Sorry I am not getting it for some reason On the sub form I am trying to get CostInfo & SellPrice populated by CostIn & SugestSell so it stays the same after updateing, Evan if the CostIn & SugestSell change. I have tried to follow the above methods but I am getting it around my neck lol Can someone slap me or tell me what I am doing to this shinney new DB please? See attached file

I can't enter data in the subForm.

Go back and read Naming Conventions paying particular attention to Primary Keys.

Primary and Foreign Keys should never be seen by the end user.

It does look better. I can now enter Data in the Sub Form.

Your Database really needs fixing in the Tables.

Every Table should have a Primary Key.

Why are you calling Forms Tables.

Again look at Naming Convention.

Pass my advice off as as nothing, or would you take heed of the advice and act upon it.

Don't forget you can always sack me and get one of the other members to help.

But then what is the use of that. You will get the same advise just explained a little differently.
