My delete button deletes record on form but not on all table in my query

I have a query made up of a Billing Table and Site Table. (It is a carpet cleaning database.) I have a Customer Form based on the above query. I added a Delete button to delete the current record. It works on the Form. However when I check the Billing Table, the info is still there! I have a linked Form (Service) to the Customer Form. They are linked by SiteID. The Site table record does deletes as well as the Service linked record. But not the Billing Table. DO I NEED TO LINK THE SERVICE TABLE WITH BILLING ID AS WELL AS SITE ID? If not, then please help me. Thanks for your assistance.
